A small community with a “home town” atmosphere, Lovington is a place where everyone strives to make life pleasant and safe. 

You may have read about Lovington's many attractions a beautiful old town square, historic homes, the Lea County Museum across from the courthouse in a two story 1918 hotel, the Pyburn House bed and breakfast, and you may have read that Lovington is the home of many world famous athletes, such as rodeo cowboy Jake McClure and NFL linebacker Brian Urlacher.  However, Lovington has much, much more to offer you.
